One of them was fine. The other one I couldn’t hardly move to slide the cup down the shaft. I called about it and was told to work it up and down a few times and it should loosen up. I could hardly do that. My husband did it quite a lot and it still seems pretty stiff. We ended up using sandpaper to try to sand down the shaft and then used WD-40. I am using it, but I don’t think I like it as well as the previous version. It seems fluffier or flimsier?
